Our fantastic Green Team have completed their latest initiative to encourage students to look after the environment here at Rye Hills Academy.
After a fantastic recycling competition, a huge amount of bottles have been collected by the students from all four house groups. An amazing 18 recycling bins have been filled, which equals 2,520 litres of plastic. This is a magnificent effort!
The winning house was Endeavour who collected 840 litres of plastic bottles, and they claimed an extra 400 points for their house. Well done to the Green Team for their continued efforts every day to make the Rye Hills environment a greener place for all.
